Challenge

Lafarge requested our services to source Maintenance Technicians (M/F) in several geographical areas. Faced with a lack of time to manage this recruitment campaign internally, they preferred to call on our expertise. Industrial Maintenance Technicians are in high demand and require a significant amount of time to source and approach directly.

However, recruitment for these roles is usually managed by a regional HR manager and operational staff directly. This solution therefore did not allow Lafarge's teams to devote the necessary time to sourcing and following up on candidates. Furthermore, the geographical locations of the positions were not favourable, which added an additional difficulty to our mission.

Solution

We implemented an E-RPO solution with a full-time Research Officer to work on this mission. In order to maximise our reach and attract a larger number of potential candidates, we launched a retargeting campaign on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This initiative enabled us to identify 69 new profiles and qualify more candidates who met the required criteria.

At the same time, we posted regional advertisements and conducted direct outreach through our partner CV databases. The volume of calls made and our systematic follow-ups with candidates enabled us to reach as many potential candidates as possible. Thanks to this proactive strategy, we were able to pre-qualify 398 candidates in the space of two months. This intensive approach ensured a rigorous selection process and enabled us to meet our client's high standards.
