Challenge
As part of the development of its network, Groupama Centre Manche Val de Loire aims to recruit nearly 30 new Sales Advisors M/F: this is a large-scale recruitment project to be completed in two months. The team of four HR Development Officers has already launched a regional communication campaign and is receiving a large number of CVs.
It is quickly becoming overwhelmed and does not have the time to process responses to job advertisements or to give positive or negative feedback to candidates, in addition to conducting HR interviews and managing other tasks related to their job. As a result, Groupama's employer brand is at serious risk of being tarnished and the project may not be successfully completed within one month.
For Morgan Philips Outsourcing, the challenge was to work with four contacts in four different areas, respecting their working methods and meeting very tight deadlines in order to achieve the integration objectives in the second month after the launch of this large-scale recruitment project.
