This allows them to change vehicles regularly while optimising their car budget without worrying about resale. Reezocar has more than 20,000 satisfied customers.

Its strong growth has enabled it to double its workforce every year thanks to an effective recruitment policy and the integration of numerous Sales Advisors. More than 200 employees work every day at Reezocar in a changing environment, with quantitative and numerical targets.

Challenge

Conscious of the crucial importance of recruiting Sales Advisors (M/F) for its automotive business, Reezocar undertook a recruitment project with Morgan Philips Outsourcing. The objective was clear: to recruit 2 Sales Advisors (M/F) within a maximum of 2 months in preparation for a training session planned for September. Launched in June, the initial recruitment phase carried out by Reezocar was hampered by seasonal factors.

The choice of June proved challenging due to the summer period and people going on holiday: the pool of available candidates was limited and, above all, Sales Advisors were sorely lacking in responsiveness. The response to Reezocar's campaigns was insufficient to fill the positions, and the recruitment team did not have the time or the tools to directly approach candidates on an urgent basis.

Morgan Philips Outsourcing's challenge was therefore to take charge of and understand Reezocar's issues in less than a week in order to help Reezocar recruit Sales Advisors for a training session scheduled for September. We also had to work closely with the recruitment manager and operational staff to manage the processing time for the Sales Advisor candidates we selected.

Solution

Our experience in managing urgent recruitment projects enabled us to take charge of the project with complete confidence and get started within 48 hours. We worked on developing a script and sourcing strategy in less than 24 hours in order to be ready within the deadline. All of the HR and operational contacts involved in this urgent recruitment project were introduced to us at the outset. This enabled us to set up an efficient organisation together, allowing us to process the applications of selected Sales Advisors within less than 48 hours. We activated all our search channels at the same time, posted a video presentation of the Sales Advisor position online, and promoted it widely on LinkedIn and Facebook.

These actions enabled us to quickly source the first candidates and validate the first talent pool in less than a week. Throughout this urgent recruitment project, we collaborated through our ATS to obtain real-time feedback on our candidates and work in complete transparency with our client. This gave Reezocar's Talent Acquisition Manager a clear overview of our talent pipeline and the applications being processed. We were able to intervene quickly in cases of slow processing by operational staff, which greatly contributed to the overall success of this urgent recruitment project. We also noticed a slowdown in the volume of the pipeline at the end of July and made the joint decision to put the project on hold and resume it in the last two weeks of August.

Following this deliberate pause, the resumption of the project after the holidays proved the accuracy of our analysis. The results spoke for themselves: the number of applications for Sales Advisors increased significantly, and the call completion rate returned to its early July level. This correlation between strategic timing and recruitment performance highlights the importance of carefully considering seasonal factors and business cycles in the field of recruitment. The teams at Morgan Philips Outsourcing and Reezocar worked hand in hand to make this Sales Advisor recruitment project a success.
