Henri is Managing Director of Morgan Philips Executive Search and FYTE in France. He has contributed to the Group's development in France by actively participating in the creation and launch of the FYTE brand. In 2020, he co-founded Soorcing. Since 2024, Henri has overseen the Executive Search business. With more than 20 years' experience, Henri stands out for his entrepreneurial spirit, his ability to successfully launch new activities and develop his teams.

Nicolas is the Director of Customer Relations and Development for all brands and activities of the Morgan Philips Group in France since 2021. He's in charge of Major Accounts activities, management of complex and international projects. He is a facilitator for all our clients, with whom he maintains privileged contact. A graduate of an Executive MBA, Nicolas has been working in the human resources field for over 15 years, specifically in personnel placement and recruitment.

Alexandra is the Director of the Purchasing & Logistics division which she founded in 2006 on a challenging entrepreneurial project, as well as the Human Resources & Legal division which she has been developing since 2014 within the FYTE firm. Alexandra also took over the management of FYTE Interim in April 2023. Alexandra started her career as a selective distribution buyer at Bon Marché.

Chloé leads and manages the Finance & Accounting and Administrative Support & Office Management divisions of the FYTE firm. She joined FYTE in 2014 as a Consultant in the Administrative Support & Office Management field. She quickly progressed to the positions of Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager before taking over the direction of the Finance & Accounting division in July 2019. In April 2023, Chloé also took over the direction of the Administrative Support & Office Management division. With a university education in communication, she started her career in communication and then in commercial animation management.

Marilyne leads FYTE's HR & Legal division and recruits profiles, HR, Legal and Lawyers for her clients in all business sectors (industry, services, new technologies, law firms...). Before joining FYTE in 2016, Marilyne practiced law for several years.

Julien leads the Life Sciences division of FYTE and manages all recruitment from junior to confirmed executives for pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment, laboratories, and various players in the Health world. An expert in recruitment, he has been assisting decision-makers in acquiring their talents for nearly 15 years. He began his career in a headhunting firm in the Health professions, where he held various positions for 6 years. He then held Talent Acquisition Manager positions in the IT sector before joining FYTE in 2019.

Simon is the Practice Leader of the Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain practice at Fyte in France. He worked for 17 years in the purchasing department of a CAC40 company, where he held strategic and managerial positions. In particular, he led purchasing transformation and digitalisation projects. His passion for innovation led him to forge strategic partnerships with disruptive and responsible Start-ups. His in-depth knowledge of the professions in which he recruits, and his human approach, backed up by the firm's methodology, are acclaimed by the candidates and decision-makers he advises in the acquisition of their talents.

Constantin is Manager of the Public & SSE division in France. He is involved in all the professions in his area of expertise, from operational managers to senior executives. He joined FYTE in 2018 as Manager, keen both to pass on his passion for the profession to the firm's consultants and to provide its client partners with a resolutely human-centered approach where ethics and transparency are cardinal points. With a Master 2 in Law from Paris II Assas, and 11 years' experience in a recruitment agency, he has built up an extensive network of decision-makers in his core sector.

Bérangère joined the group in 2011 and participated in the development of the Finance & Accounting practice. Graduating from a business school with a finance option and leveraging her previous experience in audit within a Big 4 firm, she possesses genuine expertise. She has been supporting her clients in acquiring their talents for over 13 years.
