Henri is Managing Director of Morgan Philips Executive Search and FYTE in France. He has contributed to the Group's development in France by actively participating in the creation and launch of the FYTE brand. In 2020, he co-founded Soorcing. Since 2024, Henri has overseen the Executive Search business. With more than 20 years' experience, Henri stands out for his entrepreneurial spirit, his ability to successfully launch new activities and develop his teams.

Alexis is Team Leader at FYTE Interim. With more than 5 years of experience in recruitment firms, Alexis immediately specialized in the Accounting and Finance professions. Its responsiveness and interpersonal skills allow it to support its candidates in the search for professional opportunities and its clients in their search for talent. Alexis joined FYTE in April 2023 to put his expertise at the service of the interim as a Senior Consultant before becoming Team Leader.

Alexandra is the Director of the Purchasing & Logistics division which she founded in 2006 on a challenging entrepreneurial project, as well as the Human Resources & Legal division which she has been developing since 2014 within the FYTE firm. Alexandra also took over the management of FYTE Interim in April 2023. Alexandra started her career as a selective distribution buyer at Bon Marché.

Tatiana is in charge of Temporary Staff at FYTE. She oversees the administration of temporary staff and provides legal support for operations and clients. Her expertise is built on a rich experience of 9 years that allowed her to evolve in the HR field. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
