Aurélie heads the Finance division of Morgan Philips Executive Search after having supervised the Finance and Accounting division of FYTE, a recruitment and interim agency of the Morgan Philips group. Specialising in Audit and Finance, she started her career as an external auditor in the Middle Market division of Deloitte. Looking for a new challenge, Aurélie joined Morgan Philips Group in 2011 where she simultaneously held leadership positions for two of the group's brands. Aurélie is a graduate of the Tours Business School.

Aymard is Director of the Retail and Consumer Goods practices at Morgan Philips Executive Search. With 25 years' experience in recruitment consultancy and headhunting, he has built up a solid reputation by supporting the growth of more than 300 companies, from SMEs to scale-ups and ETIs, on strategic leadership and transformation issues.

Deborah leads the IT & Digital practice where she supports her clients in recruiting leaders and experts in the fields of ICT, Digital, and e-commerce. She has a strong HR consulting dimension and over 15 years of experience within international recruitment firms where she has led missions in France and internationally. A graduate of ESSEC and with a Master's in Management from Boston College, Deborah is fluent in English and Spanish.

Marc leads the Chemicals & Life Sciences practice, which he developed upon joining Morgan Philips Executive Search in 2018. He previously held several operational management roles within major chemical groups, where he developed expertise in implementing strategies and managing international teams. In 2011, he moved into human resources consulting and created a branch dedicated to the chemical and health sectors within the firm where he was the Deputy General Manager.

Mélanie will be working in particular with private banks, family offices and asset managers. Mélanie has spent 15 years in Human Resources Departments and international search firms. Specialising in the Wealth Management and Finance sectors, she recruits strategic profiles, experts and top and middle managers. A professional in Human Resources consulting and strategic profile recruitment, Mélanie is also an HEC-certified Executive Coach.

Louise is the Practice Leader of the Insurance function within Morgan Philips Executive Search. She has been working for 20 years within the recruitment of executives, managers, and expert executives in the Insurance and Financial Services sector. With a Master's degree in organisation & HR from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master's degree in Econometrics, she started as an organisation & HR Consultant in a consulting firm before joining Morgan Philips as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, then Consultant and now, Practice Leader.

Elodie is the Practice Leader for the B2B services sector at Morgan Philips Executive Search. She joined the firm in 2016 as a Senior Consultant. Thanks to her experience of over 10 years in media services marketing as well as her experience in consulting and headhunting within the B2B services sector, Elodie assists you in selecting middle, top manager, and expert profiles across all professions. Her knowledge of the market also allows her to offer you mappings. Her commitment and sense of customer service ensure tailor-made support.

Engineer and doctor in mechanics, Christophe joined Morgan Philips Executive Search in 2017 after a 15-year industrial career in technical expertise and operational management roles. He specialises in the direct recruitment of experts and executives for particularly demanding industrial sectors with high stakes (aeronautics, automotive, defense, nuclear, oil & gas, process & transformation industries, heavy industries, engineering, agri-food...). He works with his teams with ETIs, SMEs, and large groups.
