Xavier is the Managing Director of Morgan Philips Interim Management and is involved in all the firm's interim manager recruitment, across all professions and sectors. He began his career in 2003 as a recruitment consultant in the field of transportation systems, then became, in 2006, the Director of the Rail and Urban Transportation department in a generalist recruitment firm. He then founded his own company before joining Morgan Philips Interim Management.
Florence has been an Associate Director at Morgan Philips Interim Management since 2018. With solid experience in recruitment through direct approach, Florence has worked as a recruitment consultant in several renowned international firms, developing her expertise in IT recruitment. After studying International Commerce, Florence began her career in 2004 as a Commercial Engineer.
Rébecca joined Morgan Philips Transition Management in 2019. With a degree in Psychology and Human Resources, Rébecca has, for more than 10 years, developed real expertise in the field of recruitment in Life Sciences. She held various positions within firms specializing in the recruitment of doctors and senior executives before moving into Transition Management. She continues to work with Life Sciences players as part of transition missions on senior executive and expert profiles. It has also developed other sectors such as cosmetics, insurance, social housing, etc.
Edwige has over 20 years of sales experience in large groups with key account decision-makers to address their strategic issues. She began her career in BPO service sales before specialising in HR solutions sales in 2014. Edwige joined Morgan Philips Interim Management as an Associate Director in March 2023 to develop the Banking and Insurance sector. She works in all areas of recruitment for transition managers, executives, experts, and leaders.
With over 15 years of experience in recruitment consulting within recruitment firms and temporary employment agencies specialised in Luxury, Fashion, and Retail, Leslie joined Morgan Philips Interim Management as an Associate Director in January 2021. She supports her clients with recruitment issues for executives and leaders, both for interim missions and urgent permanent contracts.
Nicolas joined Morgan Philips Interim Management in 2022 as an Associate Director to develop the industrial sector. He began his career in operational marketing roles in the automotive sector before joining the recruitment world in 2011. He dedicated more than 10 years to headhunting executives, experts, and leaders, and accompanied several major actors of the industrial world at the international level in the restructuring of their teams. His coaching certification also allows him to support his candidates throughout their integration phase, thereby ensuring secure recruitment.
After numerous experiences in Luxury Hospitality and Catering in France and Japan, Marie-Camille first specialised in recruitment for this sector, where the needs for personnel are constant, varied, and complex. She joined Morgan Philips Interim Management where she coordinates and manages the research team to find the best profiles.
Atessa joined Morgan Philips in 2023 to support the development of the consulting business within the interim management department after a long career in consulting and general management. A graduate of HEC, she began her career in strategy and organisation consulting with Bossard Gemini Consulting. She then held marketing and general management positions in the luxury goods and apparel industries at LVMH. Finally, she managed France and then Europe for a service company specialising in data science for retail and mass consumption.
Hervé joined Morgan Philips in 2023 to support the development of the consulting activity within the interim management department after a long career as HR director in industry, B2B and retail. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holder of a DESS in HR, he began his career in chemistry and plastics processing before joining bottling with Coca-Cola. He then held HR functions in the dairy industries, at Rians then Entremont before joining Danone, within the Waters division then in the Social Dialogue Department. Finally, Hervé was successively HR Director for France at Transdev and most recently VP HR at McDonald’s France.
