Our Interim Management team in France

Bertrand has been a Client Partner at Morgan Philips Interim Management and Morgan Philips Freelance since 2025. He is involved in all of the firm's interim management and freelance placements in the aerospace, defence and transport sectors. After graduating with an engineering degree from ESTACA (École Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile) in 1989, Bertrand began his career as a design engineer on the ARIANE 5 preliminary projects at Aérospatiale, now known as AIRBUS. He took charge of the Design Office at SOPHA Médical (a subsidiary of the CEA) in the nuclear medicine sector and invented the rotating arm Gamma Camera, for which he holds the patent. He then co-founded his own company, which he developed over 11 years with a client base mainly in the aeronautics and defence sectors and in engineering.

François is a Client Partner at Morgan Philips Management de Transition. He assists executives, entrepreneurs and organisations, both in France and internationally, in placing interim executives and managers to respond to high-stakes transformation situations, in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

With over 15 years of experience in management and consulting, particularly in the communications and solidarity sectors, he has supported fast-growing organisations and contributed to ambitious development trajectories, raising over €150 million. Having himself served as an interim manager on several occasions, he now puts his operational experience, his keen understanding of human issues and his strategic vision at the service of Morgan Philips Group to secure and accelerate organisational transformations.
