Xavier is Managing Director of Morgan Philips Interim Management, Morgan Philips Freelance and Morgan Philips Interim. He is involved in all aspects of identifying and placing interim managers and freelancers across all professions and sectors. He has over 10 years' experience in interim management and freelancing, particularly in connecting and supporting these experts. He began his career in 2003 as a recruitment consultant in the transport systems sector, before becoming Director of the Rail and Urban Transport Department at a general recruitment firm in 2006. He then founded his own company before joining the Morgan Philips group.

François is a Client Partner at Morgan Philips Management de Transition. He assists executives, entrepreneurs and organisations, both in France and internationally, in placing interim executives and managers to respond to high-stakes transformation situations, in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

With over 15 years of experience in management and consulting, particularly in the communications and solidarity sectors, he has supported fast-growing organisations and contributed to ambitious development trajectories, raising over €150 million. Having himself served as an interim manager on several occasions, he now puts his operational experience, his keen understanding of human issues and his strategic vision at the service of Morgan Philips Group to secure and accelerate organisational transformations.
