Rebecca joined Morgan Philips Interim Management in 2019. With degrees in Psychology and Human Resources, Rebecca has developed over 10 years of expertise in recruitment in the Life Sciences sector. She held various positions in firms specialising in the recruitment of doctors and senior executives before moving into Interim Management. She continues to work with Life Sciences players on interim assignments for senior executives and experts. She has also developed other sectors such as cosmetics, insurance, social housing, etc.
Xavier is Managing Director of Morgan Philips Interim Management, Morgan Philips Freelance & Morgan Philips Intérim. He is involved in all aspects of identifying and placing interim managers and freelancers across all professions and sectors. He has over 10 years' experience in interim management and freelancing, particularly in connecting and supporting these experts. He began his career in 2003 as a recruitment consultant in the transport systems sector, before becoming Director of the Rail and Urban Transport Department at a general recruitment firm in 2006. He then founded his own company before joining the Morgan Philips group.
Clovis Bastin is Associate Director at Morgan Philips Freelance, where he assists companies with their temporary staffing needs for mid-level assignments. He identifies and places freelance experts who can step in quickly to support teams, strengthen projects or ensure operational continuity. Initially specialising in IT professions (development, project management, infrastructure). He has expanded his offering to respond to a now cross-functional freelancing market. Today, he works across a wide range of functions: HR, finance, marketing, digital, engineering, data, support functions, etc. His career, initially focused on the automotive industry, led him to a role centred on connecting expertise and supporting organisations.
