He is involved in all aspects of identifying and placing interim managers and freelancers across all professions and sectors. He has over 10 years' experience in interim management and freelancing, particularly in connecting and supporting these experts. He began his career in 2003 as a recruitment consultant in the transport systems sector, before becoming Director of the Rail and Urban Transport Department at a general recruitment firm in 2006. He then founded his own company before joining the Morgan Philips group.
Alexis is a Team Leader at Morgan Philips Interim. With over 5 years of experience in recruitment, he has specialized from the outset in Accounting and Finance roles.
Known for his responsiveness and strong interpersonal skills, Alexis supports candidates in their career development and advises clients in identifying the right talent. He joined Morgan Philips in April 2023 as a Senior Consultant before being promoted to Team Leader.
Tatiana is Interim Personnel Manager at Morgan Philips Intérim. She oversees all administrative processes related to interim staff and provides legal support to operational teams and clients.
With 9 years of experience in human resources, she has developed strong expertise in HR management. Tatiana holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée University.
