Hervé joined Morgan Philips in 2023 to support the development of the consulting activity within the interim management department after a long career as HR director in industry, B2B and retail. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holder of a DESS in HR, he began his career in chemistry and plastics processing before joining bottling with Coca-Cola. He then held HR functions in the dairy industries, at Rians then Entremont before joining Danone, within the Waters division then in the Social Dialogue Department. Finally, Hervé was successively HR Director for France at Transdev and most recently VP HR at McDonald’s France.
With a background in law, Frédérique began her career in events management before working as a recruitment consultant for over 15 years. She started out working for a major temporary employment agency to develop its permanent recruitment business, before moving to a headhunting agency where she specialised in recruiting senior executives and IT managers. She thrives on supporting companies' operational and central departments in the talent recruitment process, from the definition of the need to the successful integration of the candidate into the company. Building on her expertise, she joined Morgan Philips Interim Management in 2024 to recruit managers for strategic projects and executive positions.
