He's in charge of Major Accounts activities, management of complex and international projects. He is a facilitator for all our clients, with whom he maintains privileged contact. A graduate of an Executive MBA, Nicolas has been working in the human resources field for over 15 years, specifically in personnel placement and recruitment.
Henri is Managing Director of Morgan Philips Executive Search and FYTE in France. He has contributed to the Group's development in France by actively participating in the creation and launch of the FYTE brand. In 2020, he co-founded Soorcing. Since 2024, Henri has overseen the Executive Search business. With more than 20 years' experience, Henri stands out for his entrepreneurial spirit, his ability to successfully launch new activities and develop his teams.
Chloé leads and manages the Finance & Accounting and Administrative Support & Office Management divisions of the FYTE firm. She joined FYTE in 2014 as a Consultant in the Administrative Support & Office Management field. She quickly progressed to the positions of Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager before taking over the direction of the Finance & Accounting division in July 2019. In April 2023, Chloé also took over the direction of the Administrative Support & Office Management division. With a university education in communication, she started her career in communication and then in commercial animation management.
Alexandra is the Director of the Purchasing & Logistics division which she founded in 2006 on a challenging entrepreneurial project, as well as the Human Resources & Legal division which she has been developing since 2014 within the FYTE firm. Alexandra also took over the management of FYTE Interim in April 2023. Alexandra started her career as a selective distribution buyer at Bon Marché.
