Henri is the General Manager of FYTE in France, where he is in charge of the development of all divisions of the firm, particularly those related to digital, data, and IT. He has actively contributed to the success of the FYTE brand by participating in its creation and launch. With over 15 years of experience in international recruitment firms, where he quickly evolved to strategic positions, Henri has an entrepreneurial spirit and is recognised for his ability to successfully deploy new activities.
Emmanuelle has been an Executive Director at FYTE since 2015, where she leads many divisions: Sales & Marketing, Digital & Webmarketing, Dev & Technology and Life Sciences. Since January 2020, Emmanuelle has been the Managing Director of Soorcing, a talent pre-qualification solution from the Morgan Philips group. Emmanuelle has held various sales roles in different sectors, first as a Sales Hunter for SMEs before moving on to Large Accounts, then as a Sales Team Manager, and finally, as the Sales Director of a sedentary team.
Alexandra is the Director of the Purchasing & Logistics division which she founded in 2006 on a challenging entrepreneurial project, as well as the Human Resources & Legal division which she has been developing since 2014 within the FYTE firm. Alexandra also took over the management of FYTE Interim in April 2023. Alexandra started her career as a selective distribution buyer at Bon Marché.
Chloé leads and manages the Finance & Accounting and Administrative Support & Office Management divisions of the FYTE firm. She joined FYTE in 2014 as a Consultant in the Administrative Support & Office Management field. She quickly progressed to the positions of Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager before taking over the direction of the Finance & Accounting division in July 2019. In April 2023, Chloé also took over the direction of the Administrative Support & Office Management division. With a university education in communication, she started her career in communication and then in commercial animation management.
Marilyne leads FYTE's HR & Legal division and recruits profiles, HR, Legal and Lawyers for her clients in all business sectors (industry, services, new technologies, law firms...). Before joining FYTE in 2016, Marilyne practiced law for several years.
Thibaud specialises in the fields of Industry & Construction at FYTE and manages the Lyon office at the local level. After several years in Engineering consulting, where he was responsible for the company's entire recruitment policy, he joined FYTE to lead the Industry & Construction division of the firm: the complexity of these professions and the tangible aspect of a construction site or the production of a product fascinates him. For 8 years, Thibaud has been working daily on these professions, becoming increasingly expert and passionate about them. As a native of Lyon, he is also delighted to have been developing the office for several years to have a strong local presence in a dynamic region.
Julien leads the Life Sciences division of FYTE and manages all recruitment from junior to confirmed executives for pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment, laboratories, and various players in the Health world. An expert in recruitment, he has been assisting decision-makers in acquiring their talents for nearly 15 years. He began his career in a headhunting firm in the Health professions, where he held various positions for 6 years. He then held Talent Acquisition Manager positions in the IT sector before joining FYTE in 2019.
Constantin is Manager of the Public & SSE division in France. He is involved in all the professions in his area of expertise, from operational managers to senior executives. He joined FYTE in 2018 as Manager, keen both to pass on his passion for the profession to the firm's consultants and to provide its client partners with a resolutely human-centered approach where ethics and transparency are cardinal points. With a Master 2 in Law from Paris II Assas, and 11 years' experience in a recruitment agency, he has built up an extensive network of decision-makers in his core sector.
Charlotte coordinates the Digital & Webmarketing division, and recruits junior to senior executives for all companies facing digital challenges. With more than 15 years of experience in communication agencies, advertising networks, and advertisers, she has a deep understanding of these digital roles (Traffic Manager, UX/UI designer, CRM Manager, Social Media Manager, ...). Her career change into recruitment is fueled by her passion for people, and she utilises essential qualities such as responsiveness, perseverance, and active listening.
