Laetitia is in charge of the Sales & Marketing division at FYTE. Passionate about her job, Laetitia takes it to heart to provide the best possible support for her customers and candidates. With 8 years' experience in recruitment agencies, Laetitia specialises in the recruitment of sales and marketing profiles, and assists decision-makers in their search for talent across a wide range of professions and business sectors. She joined Fyte in 2019 as a Consultant and quickly progressed to the position of Senior Consultant.

Anne-Claire leads the Administrative Support & Office Management division, where she supports a team of junior consultants in the expansion of their activities. She joined FYTE in 2021 as a Junior Consultant, and quickly progressed to Consultant and then Senior Consultant. Holding a Master's II degree, Anne-Claire began her career in the luxury industry, which makes her attentive to detail and endows her with excellent interpersonal skills.

Over the years, Melody has consolidated her knowledge and demonstrated unwavering passion in the field of information systems. As an IT recruitment professional for 6 years, Melody has worked within several firms where she was able to build solid expertise and a strong network of computer experts ready to take on numerous challenges. In charge of developing FYTE Freelance, Melody assists her clients in the success of their transformation projects by finding the best freelance experts on the market.

Simon is an expert consultant in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain at Fyte in France. He worked for 17 years in the purchasing department of a CAC40 company, where he held strategic and managerial positions. In particular, he led purchasing transformation and digitalisation projects. His passion for innovation led him to forge strategic partnerships with disruptive and responsible Start-ups. His in-depth knowledge of the professions in which he recruits, and his human approach, backed up by the firm's methodology, are acclaimed by the candidates and decision-makers he advises in the acquisition of their talents.

Olivier joined FYTE in 2019 as a Senior Consultant on the Dev & Technology Division. He manages all executive recruitments, from juniors to experienced, in the technical professions of the IT sector for all types of clients. He started his career in recruitment in 2011, recruiting profiles for study offices in the Industry and Construction sector, before refocusing on IT after a 2-year stint in an ESN as a Business Engineer. Developers, Administrators, Systems and Network Engineers, Project Managers and Directors, Architects, and many other IT professions have been part of his daily life for over 6=7 years.

Alban is a Recruitment Consultant in the Industry and Construction professions at Fyte, in France. After 20 years in the graphic arts and printing industry, half of which as an entrepreneur, Alban took a professional turn in headhunting within the Morgan Philips group. Passionate about constantly meeting new personalities and seduced by the diversity of challenges, he creates contact and gets involved alongside you.
